House was clean at arrival, and bedding and linen was provided (we did bring our own). Furnished nicely for a pet friendly option. Only challenge we had was that we could not access our own prime account to see Eagles Thursday night game. Other than that it was great for a pet-friendly accommodation ! The host was very responsive and accommodating when we did have a question. The location is fantastic. Close to the beach, close to the Coast Guard base if that is the reason for the visit.
