This home was built with a first floor OPEN CONCEPT. 1300+ square feet of combined living/dining/kitchen space creates a rare offering for your family and friends to gather. There are 7 bedrooms on the second and third floors that allow for the privacy that a large group also needs. At the top of the main stairs to the right you will find the spacious master suite which encompases the front half of the second floor. A private patio door leads out to a lovely second floor porch. A spacious ensuite bathroom completes this delightful space. Across the hall you will find two large bedrooms each with king beds and a brand new shared bathroom. The third floor presents a tremendous flex space in the front of the home. The space can be used as a bedroom or another living space depending on the size of your group. There are another three bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens) along with 2 additional full bathrooms. Every bedroom has a ROKU smart TV.
