Welcome to paradise at our waterfront home! Enjoy the Florida sunshine and sunset view from our pool and dock and Gulf access boating experience!  
  
When you are not at the beach, enjoy our private pool, grill up some grub, or play fooseball.  
  
Our entire home is 2,073 sq. ft. and is family and kid friendly with books and board games to choose from and enjoy time with your family or friends. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Cheers!

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TVs w/ cable, updated interior, dining area, games area, family room, lounge area, and living room  
  
OUTDOOR LIVING: Large screened lanai, private heated pool, pool toys, covered patio, gas grill for additional $75 per stay, outdoor dining area, outdoor chairs, canal-front patio w/ outdoor seating, boat dock, and boat lift use for your own boats for additional $100 per stay, and life vests, Beautiful landscape with coconut trees and palm trees, and about 20 fruit trees. Please do not pick fruit trees, except mango fruits if additional $50 has been paid.  
  
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, coffee maker, dishware, microwave, conventional oven, spices, toaster, breakfast bar w/ seating  
  
GENERAL: Free WiFi, keyless entry, complimentary toiletries, linens & towels, in-unit washer & dryer, starter laundry detergent, central air conditioning, hair dryer, iron/board, trash bags & paper towels

Guests can access all areas, except the storage pantry facing the front door at the entry way, the garage, and the boat lift. Please sign a liability wave before booking to use boat lift.

\- Must be at least 25 years old to book  
\- Additional fees and taxes may apply  
\- Photo ID may be required upon check-in  
\- Take your shoes off when entering the house. No shoes except in door sandals that are worn inside are allowed.  
\-A child must have his/her/their life vest on and be accompanied by an adult at all times when on the pool deck or at the dock area.  
\-Please clean after yourself, wash the dishes, and take the trash out at check out.  
\-Additional $50 charge for dishwashing if dishes left unclean.  
\-Additional $50 charge for use of grill.  
\-Additional $100 charge for use of boat lift.  
\-Additional $50 charge for picking our mangoes.  
Please do not pick fruit trees except, mangoes if you pay the additional $50.  
\-Any damages to property or amenities will be charged to guests  
  
NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 is located on the pool unit side of the house. Camera 2 is located on the doorbell facing the front entry. Camera 3 is located on top of the front door. Camera 4 is located on the AC unit side of the house. Another camera will be installed at the lanai facing the dock. These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay.

Pleasant stay, but extremely noisy. Property is for sale and needs better furniture to be comfortable. futons for living room does not work.

#### Beautiful Home

We spent a long weekend here with friends. The house was clean, well stocked and so spacious. We had hoped to spend most of our time near the beach and didn't realize how far away Cape Coral was. Our fault on that one! The pool was great, but the floodlights were a bit much. It would have been great to just have the twinkle lights. The canal was beautiful and we had iguanas sunning themselves on the dock daily.
