Waterfront, Gulf access! This beautiful villa is located in a nice neighborhood in SE Cape Coral. Located near downtown Cape Coral which has a variety of restaurants, also nearby is the Cape Coral Yacht Club and beach. A gorgeous canal view provides direct gulf access to restaurants, Ft Myers Beach, and Sanibel Island. The villa has a gorgeous lanai with a heated pool and spa. The area is spacious, with plenty of room for sunbathing and playing. There is also wonderful outdoor dining and a seating area equipped with a grill, everything to make for a perfect stay. This villa offers tons of natural light and is 1,948 sq ft of air-conditioned luxury! Spread out among the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy TV room, a billiard room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a stunning view leading to the lanai and a large master bathroom. It also has a TV. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a window overlooking the lanai. The villa offers WIFI so you can use your own phone, tablet, or laptop. The outdoor space is very large and has all day sun exposure. The pool is large and perfect for everyone, the spa is a great way to end any day! The pool and the spa are heated by an electric heater. There are a seating area and dining table outside, perfect for enjoying the sunsets. Pool was dirty when we arrived, sent message to host, next day called 800 number and got someone out. Still didn’t clean it very well. Dishwasher was tough to close. House had enough groceries to get started. Neighborhood was quiet and burrowing owls on property were so much fun to watch. Lots of empty nails on walls, tape that had not been removed after painting, spots that had not been painted. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. ##### P H. Great amenities and we would definitely stay again. The problem is the Company managing the property. The refrigerator wasn’t working Properly so we lost a lot of our food we purchased because we notified them Immediately but were told nobody Could come for two days and they didn’t even come then it took 4\. By then we could get it to be somewhat cold on the coldest setting. We had ants everywhere! They Were all over the bathroom, the kitchen, the refrigerator even though we never left anything out, cleaned counters with Lysol every day and even wiped the floor and sprayed with Raid ourselves to Kill the ones we saw. Again we reported this to the property manager, sent pictures and were told they were having issues with their pest control company and nobody could come until Friday when were supposed to leave Saturday. Finally, some guy with the management group came Thursday and sprayed some himself after multiple emails and calls. The pool also didn’t function and was full of bugs the first few days. The location is very good - easy access to everything - and the neighborhood is very quiet. We did have two things to comment on. First, we did have some problems with the refrigerator. The unit was leaking water from somewhere. We did contact the property manager - and they indicated that an appliance repair company would come to fix it - but it did not get repaired during our stay (for clarity, we only stayed for a half-week). The Second comment is around the hot tub. It is as specified - no problem there - but it should be noted that to turn the unit on you need to adjust the pump, heater and control valves - and that is outside the lanai, around the side of the house. It's not as convenient as "hitting a button". We did not bring the comment about the hot tub up to the property manager - it is what it is - but, it bears mentioning that it's a manual process and a short walk to turn the spa on/off. ##### Ronald P. We were close to everything we could ask for! My only issues were we didn't have the wifi password until late Monday morning so the kids tablets didn't work, and we couldn't figure out the hot tub until the pool guy came and explained it, then I got an email about how it works. The house had everything we needed for cooking and I loved having the extra towels. We would definitely recommend this house and the area for anyone looking for a quiet family vacation spot. I had trouble getting the spa and pool to coincide with each other. The property manager had to come out to get things rolling correctly, the controls were confusing so as a result we didn't get the pool and spa time we wanted. Housekeeping could have been better.
