I will start with the positives of this property. The location of the property was good-close to enough to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. We had received a message before we arrived that the hot tub quit working and a new one was ordered and would be set up while we were there. It was ready to use on day 4, but we weren’t upset because the pool was super warm. The beds were comfortable, towels were ample, could contact the property manager pretty easy and we felt safe where we were.Some of the negatives: the property could use a good deep clean. There were cobwebs in a lot of the corners of the house, carpets need a good shampooing, the air filter in the dining area needs to be replaced, and the blender in the bar had mold in the bottom of it, so we didn’t use it. We grabbed a few pans out of the cupboard the day we got there and there was water sitting in a couple of the pans. There were a lot of tiny bugs in the kitchen area, particularly on top of the oven and counters. We washed all the bedding in one of the rooms because the ppl using that room had bites all over their bodies by day 2\. It’s advertised as having fishing poles, but they’re broken and don’t work, so we went and bought a new one to leave there and one that we could bring home. The grill works, but needs a good clean too. Patio furniture needs to be replaced and updated as well. Overall, we made the best of it. ##### Tim Erin M. The owner was advised of our concerns and appreciated the feedback. The house is in need of a deep cleaning. Carpets were dirty and had many stains. Kitchen rug and bathroom rugs were filthy. The refrigerator had many leftover food items, both open and closed. Kitchen cabinets had many leftover food items, both open and closed. There were ants in the kitchen cabinets and countertops. Mold and mildew in both showers. The outdoor grill surface was clean, however, the grill interior was covered in grease. The fire pit had no propane tank.
