Pools and Spas: All pools and spas are heatable. Please note that, for organizational reasons, it is not possible to preheat the pool or spa prior to arrival. Please also note that even in Florida, winter temperatures may drop, which can cause pools to cool down overnight to varying degrees depending on their size. Therefore, consistently high water temperatures cannot be guaranteed at all times. Cancelation fee: For cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the arrival date; 95% of the grand total will be refunded to the tenant. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued. Personal On-Site Check-In (Mandatory): For safety, insurance, and legal reasons, a personal on-site check-in on the day after arrival is mandatory. While initial access to the house is provided via code to allow flexible arrival times, we are required to personally verify that the guests present match the booking and to explain important house and safety information on site. The check-in takes place the day after arrival between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. The person who made the booking must be present and provide valid identification. This appointment is an essential part of ensuring a safe and compliant stay. Pets: If a vacation home is listed as pet-friendly, guests may bring pets. The number of pets must be specified during the booking process. A pet fee of $25 per pet, per night applies. If a property is not designated as pet-friendly, pets are not permitted. Service Animals: Legally recognized service animals are permitted, even in non-pet-friendly properties. Tranquil neighborhood with beautiful scenery. Fully equipped and stocked with essentials making our two month stay a breeze. Great pool and ample space for chairs and movement around patio with table and seating area. Close to stores and restaurant choices, and yet tucked away from major roads.
