This property is approximately 17 miles from RSW International Airport and 13 miles from Fort Myers Beach. We travelled with our daughter (23) and son (16). Check in was super easy and location is great. The house has 3 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have enormous bathrooms with walk in showers, soaker tubs, double vanities, walk in closets and full wall sliding glass doors to the pool/hot tub area. The 3rd bedroom is smaller but plenty big and has a regular sized bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen is large and very well stocked with everything imaginable! They provide dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, paper towels, ice, coffee maker and filters. The kitchen was also stocked with foil, saran wrap, paper plates, salt and pepper, etc but that is probably not a guarantee always. Living room was comfortable with reclining couch and good tv. There were also games and puzzles available which was a nice touch. House was well stocked with towels (bath and pool) and was very clean. The best part of the house is the 90 degree sliding glass doors that open the entire living/kitchen area to the pool/hot tub area. The pool was the perfect temperature at 90 degrees and the hot tub was great. You did need to turn it on to get it heated up, but it heats in about 10 minutes so super quick. It was very nice and lots of space awesome pool and hot tub for our family to enjoy. Only think we had issue was dishwasher drain was stopped up and the hot tub filter had to be cleaned out it was full of potato chips. We wish they would check everything before the next family checks into the home. They were very prompt on getting things in order for us. If you’ll read details concerning the property it is exactly as stated. We loved that there were two master suites. And the third bedroom has its own bathroom. Plus an additional bathroom. Beds were comfy. Living room seats 4 at best and truly needs a large sectional. We enjoyed the stay. Spent many hours in hot tub and pool. Some newer outdoor seating and bigger grill would also be a benefit. Large bathrooms were a treat. Beautiful canal view...wish we could have caught some fish.
