Villa Ellis is a well-maintained 2,252 SF vacation home located in NW Cape Coral, and offers 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. Villa Ellis features a full-length screened lanai with a heated pool and spa, providing a beautiful outdoor living space for everybody. With equal distances to the famous beaches of Ft. Myers Beach/Sanibel Island in the south and Boca Grande in the north, and just a 5-minute car drive to Burnt Store Marina with its beautiful yachts and the Cass Cay waterfront restaurant and bar, this Floridian-style Gulf access vacation home has plenty to offer.

Living Room: The large living room area with high ceilings and ceiling fans offers a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo surround sound system; what a great place for family entertainment! From here, you have an impressive view of the lanai and pool/spa through the full-width glass sliding doors.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The fully furnished gourmet kitchen features attractive wooden cabinets, modern appliances, and a convenient breakfast bar. Nearby is a breakfast nook with a pool view, which seats four, and a formal dining area, which seats an additional four.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master suite also has access to the lanai via large glass sliding doors and features a King-size bed, roomy walk-in closets, and an elegant master bath with a jetted center tub, large walk-through shower, and two rows of cabinets with sinks.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: There is a guest bedroom with a Queen-size bed and another with two Twin beds. They both share the second bathroom, which features a shower-tub setup. There is also a half bath that is accessible from the lanai.

Florida living is all about celebrating life in the sun by the pool and experiencing the typical Florida "beachy" feeling in a light breeze, which can be done by relaxing on one of the four loungers. A concrete deck at the Gulf access canal provides additional space for waterfront sunbathing.
