Great CLEAN property, in a low key quiet neighborhood. Publix is 2 miles up the road, and a great golf course (Cape Royal) 2.5 miles up the road. Only thing I'd point out was there were no dressers in any of the rooms, so you're pulling from your suitcase the whole trip (not a huge deal to us, but fair to point out). 30-40 minute drive to Fort Myers. The private pool and spa were nice however the heating did not work on either. Cons-the outside garbage was over full over the top with flies and maggots on the garbage and driveway, the patio furniture had hair and insect nest on the cushions, there was garbage at the front entrance on arrival. The beaches were further away than we expected but the house and pool made up for it! The home was extremely clean and exactly as described in the listing. The homeowners provided all the necessities for a perfect vacation. We always rent a house to avoid the crowds at the condos and this neighborhood was perfect. Our 11 year old wanted to skip the beaches and stay at the pool…so we spent several days relaxing at the house and tanning in the lounge chairs. Beautiful clean house for our last trip before we welcome our baby. The bed was comfortable and house was clean. The pool was the perfect temp.
