No PETS! One in a million - direct riverfront -dead end with no drive by traffic. Vast river views from almost every spot in the house! Full day sun on heated pool. Dock for fishing or tying up a boat. Back screened lanai and open deck to watch the dolphins, manatees and pelicans that visit daily. Privacy due to angle of corner lot with water on two sides. Ample parking. Safe neighborhood. Park and boat launch walking distance end of street. Clean products. Lift may be available -pre approval and fee. Very spacious, well appointed, clean product home. We supply a lot of high quality starter necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, hair and body wash (clean), as well as assorted premium organic coffee. We take pride in a yard and home that aims to minimize use of chemical weed killer and fertilizers. All linens are washed in clear scent free detergent that is provided for your use. We want you to arrive and immediately enjoy the home and not have to worry about running out to the store for essentials. Open and airy. Beds are very comfortable. Table has a leaf in the closet and additional chairs for more seating. Rec room with pool table - bar - tv gaming area (old gaming system). Heated pool has full sun majority of the day. Spectacular sunrises from the back yard and amazing sunsets from the dock. Plenty of parking space with a circular driveway. \*No large commercial vehicles or trailers permitted. Catch fish right from the backyard or dock. Lift may be available upon request and for an additional fee. May have a boat on lift at time of rental if not pre booked. Boat lift is off side of property and may be accessed by boat owner from time to time. Will not be a disruption to renters given the location. Guest access: Entire property minus one owners closet and the actual boat lift itself (unless previously arranged). Dock is always available. Use at own risk. Other things to note: Two adult bikes and a kayak available for use at own risk. No guarantees regarding condition or safety of use given they are not inspected after every rental. Lights will turn on automatically after a certain time. Also ask management if the construction is still ongoing next to the house. That made the experience horrible for us. The construction company was pounding in the foundation pillars and that caused the home to shake plus the noise was unbearable. I thought I could enjoy quiet morning or afternoon during our Monday through Saturday boy was I wrong. It started at 8:30am and didn't finish until 3:00pm. So imagine how disappointed we felt. We should have know the construction started so that we could have made a choice or ask to reschedule our stay if possible. Be prepared to wash used towels before you check out. My opinion is, please have the cleaning service take care of that. We ended up cleaning dirty tables and remotes that were greasy. The home was not sanitized nor really cleaned. This home is beautiful and has a spectacular view. To readers, make note of what things are missing or damaged or not working properly in the home. ##### Michelle V. We had a few issues when checking in, I wasn’t thrilled with the property management response. Got them worked out (mostly). They did deliver a few new lounge chairs as 2 of the 4 were broken, this took a few days and a few phone calls. The pool table was broken by previous tenant and removed, we weren’t informed until the day before arrival, that was disappointing. There is a family of lizards living above the sun porch. They didn’t bother us much, although you can hear them scuttling around. We informed property management, they didn’t seem concerned. Making the best of it, we named them Fred and Fiona. Be VERY careful with the electricity, we kept AC low, doors closed, lights off and still we ended up with an electric bill the end of our stay. I would prefer to pay a bit more upfront and skip the additional fee. I would rate our experience a 7 out of 10. ##### Connie N. We drove all the way down from Michigan, arrived around 10pm and jumped right into the pool. Everything looks just like on the pictures, with some minor wear and tear of the outside furniture. (Only two of the beach chairs were functional and the outside sectional cushions were a bit dirty). We enjoyed our stay overall! Saw some dolphins, gators, watched fishermen on their boats... ##### Zilha D. Sunrises, sunsets, conveninece to everything - Sanibel, Captiva, Matlacha, beaches, fishing, restaurants - all that you'd want. the deck loungers needed to be updated as do the beach chairs - but aside from that a great rental for a funfilled family vacation. ##### Ronald T. Location, location, location. My kids loves watching the dolphins and manatees as well as fishing right from the dock.
