Missing window coverings on the back side and the sliding door cover louvers did not work properly (worn out). Pool cover screens in need of repair and the screen door was problematic due to improper installation of the closer (lock tab slid down the shaft and prevented proper closing). Missing downspouts on the gutters (no rain during my stay so I do not know if problematic). There was a fire extinguisher but it showed discharged and there was an empty holder for a monoxide detector or smoke detector that was missing the unit. Leaky toiled and kitchen sink drain. Our recent vacation to Cape Coral was absolutely fantastic! The house we stayed in was 5 stars plus! The house is located in the very quiet, picturesque southwest part of Cape Coral. You pass a beautiful Queen Anne Palm tree lined top of the street on the way to the house which definitely sets the vacation mood. The house is extremely clean and well laid out with easy access to the pool and lanai from all areas of the house. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook in or just heat snacks/treats. The pool and lanai have several chairs and tables to relax in and we really enjoyed sitting outside in the evening enjoying the warmth. The host Kim is awesome!! A few downfalls, the washer was leaking water on the floor everytime we used it, the grill was all rusted out and not useable (ended up buying a cheap grill to use). For having white tile throughout, the tile was dirty. Our feet were constantly turning black. Probably didn't help the air filter had not been changed in a long time.
