This vacation villa is an entertainment destination with a south facing sun drenched pool deck with comfortable sitting lanai area and outdoor TV. The house configuration has an ideal layout where 3 of the bedrooms and bathrooms are in their own wing of the house. Our 2300 sq ft holiday home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms decorated in Key West and Tropical colors for a soothing holiday atmosphere. What will strike you immediately as you walk in, is the view to the South facing pool deck and canal from almost every room starting from the front door, to the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. The large open sliders brings in the sunshine adding to your holiday feel, and calls you to come out to the pool deck to relax and enjoy life. What makes this home a hit with our guests is the close proximity to amenities like Del Prado Blvd where all the stores are within 5 minute drive but far enough away from the boulevard where the only sounds you will hear in the morning are the Florida tropical bird calls from your morning bed. House was much larger then expected. Location was awesome easy access to anywhere we wanted to get to. I have stayed in many difference VRBO houses for weekend getaways to vacation times and this house was by far one of the best. Owners were quick to respond if i had questions the property manager Sonjia was very nice and pleasent as well. She was just a squick to respond when asked a question. The house was well-appointed and very clean, which was appreciated. When we first arrived, I was concerned that it would be too loud as the property is not far off from the main road; however, that was not the case. The property is centrally located with a short drive to a plethora of activities. Checkin was seamless. The property manager was easy to talk to, gave us the low down on how to navigate the property as well as when yard , pool, and yard services were to be expected. She also gave us a great recommendation for boat rentals. The property itself was well laid out with master on one side of the house and secondary bedrooms and bathrooms on the opposite side. We cooked most of our meals in the beautiful, well stocked kitchen. We ate all of our meals either in the screened in patio or down on the canal. Sunrises and sunsets are spectacular canal front. Fish, turtles, and a fairly good sized iguana were sighted regularly. The heated pool was a highlight and so relaxing after a day of golf.We rent VRBO properties on a regular basis( 3 to 4 times per year for 20 years). This property is by far the cleanest property we have ever rented. In addition, the owners are very involved with the property and its upkeep. We had a small issue on checking which was solved immediately. I would love to rent this property again if we find ourselves in the Cape Coral area. The pool was good size and could fit our family comfortably. The beds were comfy and nice to have (3) full bathrooms. The kitchen was beautiful and spacious and was fully stocked with everything you needed for cooking and grilling. Garage had enough room to park a mini van in which was very nice, and bikes to use for the whole family for an evening bike ride. Small downsides to report: - Pool lanai bathroom door is sealed shut with clear tape, so kids had to go through the kitchen to get to the bathroom while swimming. - Master bathroom shower had very low water pressure (other 2 showers were fine). Not accurate in the description about the property: - Hot tub is not a true hot tub, its heated by the same pool heater and not adjustable between the 2\. - Billiards table was listed in the description - there is not a billiards table. Property Manager Sonja was very good to communicate with via text and she visited us on the the first full day to see if we had any questions on the property. Michael (the owner) and Heidi (property management) were in contact with us from the very beginning to the end of our stay. Michael provided great information about the house and the area.
