The property was nice but a bit overpriced for the view (facing east & opposite facing building). The tvs were very limited in there was only 1 functioning smart tv and all 3 tvs had only 6 cable channels. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants and shopping and boating. Security was good … parking is limited especially on the weekends. The closest pool is not heated so not swimmable in winter months. Overall a nice property. ##### Martha D.
