The house was very beautiful.

I had rented three different houses for the vacation , your was by far the best. Very convenient. We brought our electric bikes and the grandkids and I rode on bike path. We went to several close beaches. Will stag again. Thank you

Good place and Location

Place was very clean and essentials were well stocked. The life jackets included with the pool was a Plus! Only down side was the Laundry machine sensor didn't work upon arrival and we weren't able to use it. In additon, leaking water in the toilet caused a beeping alarm noise. Great landscape and setups, would recommend to friends.

Great house for a few days off

We have a great time at Pelican House, the pool was fantastic and the neiborghood very quieted. The furniture needs some TLC, specially the ones at the pool and you need to add some bigger TV's with Netflix or Direct TV in the bedrooms and living room, local channels are not good at all. Overall, we have a great stay. Thanks.

Pictures don't do it justice

Place is a oasis! Place was so nice I decided to propose to my girlfriend on the private dock and will now have a beautiful memory with my soon to be wife. I'll definitely be coming back for more visits. Gentleman at the office gave me lots of great info for things to do in town. Top class place and would definitely recommend if your staying in the area this is the place to relax.

Family spring break

The house was perfect for our family of 6 (youngest 17 yrs old). Very clean and plenty of room. We enjoyed lots of time on the dock relaxing and watching boats go by and using the well maintained private pool. Very peaceful neighborhood even during spring break. We were hoping to book this house for next spring break but it's already reserved. We plan to reserve this house again. Highly recommend.

Nice Home

This is a very nice house and I did enjoy my stay. There were a few downfalls however: the beds are very hard. And it’s really not very close to any actions. This is more of a sleepy community and if you are looking for lots of action locally, this is not the place. The water in the pool never gets warm enough to enjoy it plus the hot tub water does not get hot.
