House bought in May 2018 and completely renovated and tastefully furnished in October 2018\. House of 2300 square feet (220m2) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV with internet connection and direct access to the lanai and pool. Next to it is a bathroom equipped with a shower and 2 separate sinks and dressing room Bedroom 2 and 3 are equipped with queen size beds, bedroom 4 with twin beds Bedroom 2 has direct access to the outside. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs with internet access (ROKU TV). A bathroom is accessible from the pool area. This home also offers a spacious and fully equipped kitchen that is easily accessible from all the rooms. It is fully equipped with large American fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, everything you need for a perfect holiday. The pool has solar heating consisting of 9 panels on the roof. The exterior offers a large attractive and comfortable living space with a direct view of the canal. It includes sun loungers, a dining table for outdoor dining and an outdoor lounge area ideal for enjoying Florida's colorful sunsets. The house has a renovated dock that can accommodate your boat and allowing you to enjoy the canal (fishing ...) The garage allows to park 2 cars The villa also offers WIFI for using your own computer, pad or smartphone but also a high quality printer with scanner. You can listen to the music outside with the amp using your devices in Bluetooth. This south-facing house offers access to the gulf. The house is ideally located in a residential area. As the home is almost at the end of SE 16th Terrace you won’t be bothered by the traffic noise from busy Del Prado Blvd. The home is very spacious and the layout with the Master bedroom on one side and the other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house suited us well as we were 2 couples staying. The kitchen is large and very well equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking our own meals and we used the gas BBQ a few times. There is a nice area outside the house with a dining table and sitting area where we spent the evenings enjoying the weather and listening to music that we streamed to the outdoor speakers. With four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we could easily have been two more couples staying in the home. The screened in pool with southern exposure was nice and there is a great place to sit by the canal as well as a large dock. I caught catfish, stingrays and even a crab right off the dock. A neighbour caught a nice crevalle jack one morning about 100 yards from the house. I used frozen shrimp and fished on the bottom but I was told that if you use live shrimp and stay off the bottom you can avoid the catfish and catch other species. When the other guests could get me away from fishing on the dock we went on short trips to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach and to Naples Pier and Beach. We also went down to the Yacht Club in south Cape Coral and had a nice lunch at the restaurant there. The owners answered our questions promptly as did the management company. I highly recommend staying at Villa Manae and only regret that we had to go home and aren’t there right now. ##### John P. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Nicole v.
