The kitchen had everything you would need and more. My husband and I enjoyed sitting in the screened-in lanai overlooking the lake, with plenty of wildlife. This is a 2 story house, so there are lots of steps, but, also lots of space. There was even an appointed office, which I used regularly. He even provided a printer. Joe was always available and easy to contact. The gated community was very safe and the neighbors were quite friendly. My one suggestion would be to replace the living room sectional.
