Upon entering the front door, you will find a split floor plan featuring a formal sitting room for relaxing, dining space as well as an open kitchen connected to the family living room. The home features tons of windows facing the lanai and pool area. The three bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen) as well as 2 full bathroom vacation Villa will offer your family plenty of space to relax and recharge. The home is centrally located close to Cape Coral Pkwy with its restaurants and stores and the neighborhood offers great options for walking or biking. It is a boater's paradise with the gulf access option and the boat dock and lift if you like to bring your own boat or let us assist you with a boat rental. This location is a convenient drive to all central settings in Cape Coral. It is about 12 minutes to Matlacha, forty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport. Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very bright vacation home. Patricia features beautiful décor and can fit up to 6 guests very relaxed in this comfortable set up. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The first thing we noticed were the towels - old, dingy and should have been retired years ago. We went to Sam’s Club the next day and purchased 8 sets of towels.
