If you enjoy tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife you have come to the right place. It is a quick drive to Punta Gorda downtown, and the famous Fisherman s Village, 10 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach. Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well designed and very spacious vacation home. Palm Pointe features beautiful décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for two families with two king size beds and one queen size bed. Each bedroom has Smart TV s (Streaming services only) as well as large closets. The home can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable in a beautifully set up. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The interior boasts a very open floor plan with multiple options for entertainment, relaxing and lots of space for each member. The home features plenty of light and an airy coastal design with a great floor plan. Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai. The front living room invites you to relax and just soak in the views, also the entertainment area features a multiple options game table where you can pass time by playing games of pool, ping pong or air hockey. From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar area there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and family room, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for fantastic water views. Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, fishing, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, sunbathing, and watching amazing sun sets. The boat dock wraps around way around of the property and has a dock, Tiki Hut and is inviting you to enjoy amazing sunsets or just catch some fish. (lift only available when owners boat is not present ussually in off season, pls. check for availability). Palm Point offers 4 bicycles which you can use to explore the area and 2 kayaks for discovering the many canals in the area. Jim Jeffers and Joe Stone s park are nearby which offer great options for kids with play structures or tennis/pickle ball. Palm Pointe truly has it all and is just about one hour drive from Southwest Florida International Airport. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest. The property is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous and well-maintained. Very safe, friendly, quiet neighborhood too. Property management company is one of the best I have ever dealt with -- they even will come over on your first day to show you how to operate things (how many times we have stayed in one of these rentals and can't operate the TV!) and answer questions. The living area had a large couch with a large TV which was good for watching sports.It is located at the end of a street on a Northwest facing corner lot with a wide open water canal behind it. There was privacy from your neighbors next to you and the long distance across the canal.It had a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. However, the pool took forever to warm up and we never ended up using it because it didn't get warm enough to use but that was probably because it was December when we stayed and the daytime highs were in the mid-70s. We spent most of our time in the jacuzzi which warmed up quickly. The outside pool area only got sun on about half of the pool area with the other half shaded by the roof the whole day.I would stay at this house again if available, but only during warmer months where we could utilize the pool.Hosts were not responsive to e-mails through VRBO's website prior to our visit, but when I called the phone number and left a message I got a text back from them within an hour or two. ##### Daniel H.
