PARADISE PALMS is an exclusive 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Floridian retreat offering stunning waterfront views on one of Cape Coral’s gulf-access canals. With western exposure, a spacious pool area, and plenty of lounge chairs and seating options, it’s the perfect spot to gather and relax, all within the protection of a screened enclosure. This home is ideal for a family or group of up to 6 people, with each of the 3 bedrooms featuring a king-size bed.  
  
Light-filled and airy, this beautifully furnished home spans 1,970 sq ft on one level, with tiled floors throughout. PARADISE PALMS will make you feel right at home with its open-concept great room, luxurious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large breakfast bar. The dining area is perfect for group meals or game nights, and sliding doors lead directly to the inviting pool area. Unwind on the comfortable couch and enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV.  
  
The primary suite offers a private, luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, sliding doors to the patio, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and dual vanities. Bedroom 2 is accessible from the hallway off the kitchen and dining area and also features a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, sliding doors with views of the pool, and a closet. The adjacent bathroom serves both Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 and doubles as a pool bath, with a shower, dual vanities, and a toilet.  
  
Bedroom 3 is similarly appointed with a king-size bed, TV, and closet.  
  
The expansive screened-in pool area is perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The pool, which can be electrically heated, invites refreshing swims, while two large patio areas provide plenty of space for outdoor dining and lounging. A large dining table comfortably seats 6, and 6 luxurious loungers with thick mattresses are provided, along with a BBQ grill for preparing fresh catches. At night, savor the Florida lifestyle as you watch the beautifully lit landscaping and waterways.  
  
A screen door from the pool area leads to the new boat dock enjoy access to the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your own boat or rent one to explore the beautiful waterways.  
  
Additional features of this vacation home include complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, an in-house laundry room, a 2-car garage with space for one car, and a private driveway for additional parking.  
  
Located close to downtown Cape Coral, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and the popular Saturday Farmers Market. A short drive will take you to Cape Harbour, a waterfront lifestyle community with live music, dining, and scenic water views.
