The house is lovely with many special little touches that add to the whole experience. All furnishings, beds, appliances are good quality, comfortable, etc. I think the furnishings are even nicer than they look in the pictures. The location on the canal is beautiful. The first morning there were dolphins swimming for hours and we used the kayaks to observe them. We rented a boat and could pick up the rest of the family at the dock, very easy. The house is very spacious inside as well as outside. We had a few issues and the owners were available and responsive. We would stay again for sure and highly recommend this property. ##### Beth P. The location is perfect, near the Ft. Meyer’s bridges and lots of great restaurants. The house is sparkling clean and the host left flowers, orchids and coffee pods. Everything was well-stocked including towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Pool and lanai were comfortable with a great view of the canal. There’s a brand new patio. There are also floats and kayaks. I also really liked the code to get in and out of the house. No keys to worry about. David and Karen were also promptly available if we had questions. Travelling from the Northeast, celebrating Christmas with warm, sunny weather poolside and on a canal lined with palm trees was simply amazing! The home was impeccably clean and incredibly spacious for all six family members (including two teenagers) plus a dog. Canal views spotting dolphins was so peaceful and relaxing. Very quiet neighborhood, great for walks, but near enough to anything you need such as groceries, restaurants, etc. The home was tactfully decorated for the holidays inside and outside. Hosts were very responsive to any requests we had. We would highly recommend this property! ##### Michael S.
