Beautiful new construction home with a western exposure pool, bbq grill and gulf access. Dock your boat or rent one! Private pool, edges for your drink of choice, and sun loungers to enjoy the views. This four-bedroom, two-bath home has lavish furnishings, abundant natural light, and a canal front location close to shopping and dining. Plush beds in all 4 bed rooms and amazing kitchen! Please note that we do not provide shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Two security cameras are present on the front of the home and one on the side of the home where the pool equipment is. The is another camera on the back of the home facing the canal. No cameras inside or in the pool area. Pool heat can be purchased for an additional $50 per day and must be purchased every day. We need at least a week notice for pool heat. It was a great location to several nice beaches where we spent our days. Fort Myers beach, Sanibel and Captiva were all within 30 minutes. There is ping pong, electric scooters and games that we enjoyed as well. Beds are very comfortable and the heated pool convenient. The house is brand new, very clean and has everything you need to relax and chill.Justin is a great host and very responsive.
