#### STUNNING property in a great location. So good that you won't want to leave!

Wow! We were SO impressed with this gorgeous home when we walked through the door! Our jaws were literally on the floor - it is absolutely beautiful!! It is absolutely huge and was more than adequate for our family of 6 (my husband and I, three children (6, 11 and 15), plus my mother. The kitchen was well equipped, and the garden and pool area was absolutely gorgeous. My children spent countless hours in the heated pool, and it's in a quiet, residential area so it's very peaceful. It's in an amazing location with so many wonderful shops and restaurants nearby. The master bedroom/en-suite is huuuuge and the beds were so comfy! We would LOVE to come back one day. (It was actually a fairly last minute booking due to being let down by another property and we are soooo glad they cancelled on us!!) Ben was fantastic at communicating with us and resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. We wish we could have spent more time relaxing at the property (but we had already made plans for each day that we were there). Thank you for everything!!

We had five wonderful days with our family! Love the pool and family game time. Jenga is a new family favorite.Ben was very easy to communicate with and fast at answering all my questions. Location was great. I highly suggest the sunset cruise and dolphin watching. We went to Fort Myers Brach but construction was not fun on the way back. We will stay again when back in the area. Thank you so much Ben.

The house needs a good cleaning, there were lots of dead bugs and hair. Ben was very good about responding to our requests when we let him know that it needed to be cleaned and more supplies. The kitchen needs more utensils and baking pans and the bedrooms need storage and hangers.

The house was lovely. We had a wonderful time. The pool was nice and warm. I just wished the cleaning people had been a little more thorough. There were fingerprints on the refrigerator. Some hair on the bed linens and most of the laundry containers were empty. There was more in the garage but we had to look for them. I also wish there had been a box of tissues. I am very picky. So things like that bother me. Overall it was very nice. Ben the host was very quick getting back to us with any concern we had while we were there. I would certainly recommend this house!

#### Friend’s family vacation

It’s a beautiful home.. Location was 20 minutes from just about anywhere we needed to go. The cleaning company needs to be retrained on how to clean…Deep cleaning is a must in that area. We had to change the air filters because they were so dirty. The owner was very apologetic and reimbursed us for any out of pocket expenses. I wish him much luck with this property.. It’s an up and coming area!

#### Perfect for Multiple Families/Couples

Great floor plan for multuple familes with 3 big beds and a separate kids-like room. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the colorful art on the walls. Master bathroom was very nice. Loved the big shower and bright open space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice appliances. Pool was heated to a really nice temperature - kids had no problem getting in and out. Nice outdoor furniture for relaxing on and outdoor dining set was great! Owner is awesome. Ben answered every question within minutes - even before we officially booked the rental. Nothing major came up while we were there, but I'm sure if it would have, he would have gotten it straightened out immediately. This wasn't the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. But certainly wasn't bad either. Once we got the vaccum working, it was perfect. Our group had a great trip!

#### Nice place for a getaway

We had a really great experience at this property. We stayed over the 4th and didn’t have to leave to see fireworks in every direction. It was very cool. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone.
