Centrally located and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy the Florida lifestyle but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place. This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport. Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. Mia Villa features unique décor; the four bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with three king-size beds and one bedroom featuring two twin beds. The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this beautifully set up. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and double front doors that feature beautiful water views as soon as you enter the home. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We will DEFINITELY be back again next year! The house was beautiful, the location was great, especially being right on the water, and the kids had a blast swimming the entire week. Die Größe des Hauses super. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer top. Aber, scheinbar liegt die Priorität des Vermieters im schnellen Geld. Der Zustand des Hauses ist äußerst lieblos. Die Einrichtung billig und abgenutzt. Die Betten knarrten bei jeder Bewegung, schiefe Schranktüren, abblätternde Folie in und an den Küchenschränken… Nun zum Thema Sauberkeit: nahezu an jeglicher Stelle dunkle lange Haare auf Fußboden, Sofa, Kissen,… Küchenschränke innen schmutzig. An vielen Stellen klebrig. Schmutziges Besteck,… Die Terrasse zum Pool musste ich vorher abspülen... Auch hier Haare, Krümel, Plastik,… ##### Jan G.
