### Majestic Palms-Pool/Spa Tiki Dock

The Villa Majestic Palms has been completely renovated. Modern and tastefully furnished.  
  
There is a hot tub and pool. Relax with deckchairs along the water side underneath the tiki or have cocktails and dinner on the covered outdoor patio with lounge chairs and table for 6.  
  
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bright, modern, fully equipped kitchen. The open concept living and dining area allow for superior quality time with the family.  
  
Relax under the tiki and watch boats go by.  
The space  
This home is located just a few blocks away from the Caloosahatchee river, take a leisurely stroll or bike ride down to the rivers edge, or take the kayaks for a more adventurous look at the river.  
Other things to note  
Comes with safety netting to screen off pool for little ones as well as pack n play highchair and stroller. Less to pack!  
Also comes with beach chairs and umbrellas so your all set for a day at the beach!
