Spend your days by the sparkling pool, find shade under the beautiful gazebo, and unwind on the spacious patio complete with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ. This is your personal sanctuary to recharge and create lasting memories. Perfect for a quiet, upscale getaway. Your slice of paradise is waiting!  
  
This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is your personal resort, with the backyard oasis as its stunning centerpiece.  
  
As you enter, you're greeted by a bright, modern, and comfortable living room where large glass doors frame a beautiful view of the sparkling pool, inviting you to step outside. Settle in for a movie on the large TV, or slide open the doors to blend indoor and outdoor living.  
  
Step out into your private backyard oasis, where you'll want to spend your entire vacation. Take a dip in the beautiful, crystal-clear pool, which can be heated for your comfort during cooler days. A convenient outdoor shower is ready for a quick rinse, and one of the home's full bathrooms opens directly onto the pool deck—no need to track water through the house! Channel your inner chef in the incredible outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with a BBQ grill, a range/stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, and ample counter space. The covered gazebo is the perfect spot to enjoy your meal, relax in the shade, or catch the game on the outdoor TV. To top it all off, you can maintain your fitness routine in the covered patio gym, complete with an all-purpose weight machine and a set of free weights.  
  
When it's time to rest, retreat to one of three modern and spacious bedrooms. Each room is a private haven with plenty of closet space to unpack and make yourself at home, and all include their own TV for personal downtime. For your convenience, a full laundry room is located inside the house, making longer stays a breeze. With a total of 5 TVs throughout the property, everyone has their own space for entertainment.  
  
Your private retreat includes the entire 3-bedroom house and the amazing backyard with the pool and outdoor kitchen—all exclusively for your use. Please note that the garage is a separate, private space not included in your rental, and there is absolutely no internal connection between it and the main house. Your home has its own private entrance, ensuring there are no shared areas and that your privacy during your stay is completely assured. You will have dedicated parking in the driveway.  
  
For full transparency, the door located inside the laundry room does not connect to the garage. It opens to a narrow owner's storage closet. While you are welcome to open this door to see for yourself, the items inside are private belongings and are not available for guest use.  
  
For your comfort, especially during the cooler months, you may request to have the pool heated. This is an optional service available for a fee of $45 per day. If you would like the pool to be heated for your arrival, please notify us at least 24 hours before your check-in. This advance notice is required as it can take some time for the large volume of water to reach a comfortable temperature.  
  
One of the best features of your stay is the incredible convenience of our central location. Forget long drives for dinner or groceries; here, you're perfectly positioned just 5 to 10 minutes away from all your favorite familiar spots. Whether you're craving a steak from Outback, pasta from Carrabba's, or brunch at First Watch, dozens of popular restaurants are right around the corner.  
  
Stocking up the kitchen is just as effortless, with major grocery stores including Publix, Walmart, and Sam's Club nearby. You can spend less time running errands and more time relaxing by the pool!
