But, renters should be aware it's not as amazing as it looks. Decor is updated but the house has some areas needing repair (damaged wood work, broken ceiling fans) The advertised Tiki Hut is not in shape to entertain people in, but we weren't planning on that anyway. We had a couple major issues when we checked in and they were resolved within 24 hours. Location is great for walking to stores, restaurants, and driving to and from.
