Booking was easy, access was easy, the house had everything we needed. The pool area was super relaxing. The view was terrific. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood good for morning / evening walks. Restaurants, Brewery, Grocery store were quick drives. It was easy to get to Ft Myers, Sanibel, Ft Myers Beach, Jetblue Park, Naples Zoo, and RSW airport. We'll definitely be back! ##### Anthony B. The pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy. The arcade was a nice bonus as well. Great location close to beaches and town, without being right in town. Nice home.to enjoy a family vacation close to the beach. I would note having the pool heated even in summer is worth it. We were able to kayak and swim. Have a place to cook and do laundry. While also being able to drive a short distance to the beach. We will be most likely stay at this property or another one from this host again. ##### Amber H. She was even kind enough to send her team out when we needed extra towels! The house was SUPER clean. My family and friends enjoyed our cook out by the lake in the backyard, the views were extraordinary! We will definitely come visit again when we are in Cape Coral. We were going to Marco island and first wanted to spend some time exploring Fort Myers and wanted to extend our stay! Coming from Toronto this allowed for a direct flight vs many layovers. A quick drive from the airport with nothing you could need in between. The property was as expected. My son loved the pool and the video games :) The property was spacious and had more than we needed for our short stay. Communication was great and we were very happy over all. ##### Bre L. This was a stay-cation for our family. Just wanted a quiet place to get away and enjoy each other's company. This property did that and more! Owners were HIGHLY responsive! Beautiful decor! Beds were quite comfortable. Plenty of towels. Most of the kitchen utensils we needed were provided. The pool was a little cloudy and pumps weren't on when we arrived but I messaged the owner and they sent someone out very promptly! The only thing was the arcade machine wasn't working and either was the dishwasher, but neither put a damper on our trip. Thanks to the owners! We had an amazing stay! ##### Robin R. Feb 12, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Guys golf trip Stayed with a group of 6 for a guys golf trip. Property was clean and comfortable. The location was fine with stores and restaurants nearby. Pool was very nice. We had some minor issues with the security code for the front door but communication was easy to fix them and it didn't impact our stay. I would say that perhaps a few more towels could be available and perhaps a few household items (e.g. we could not find a scissors) but those things were minor.
