Cayo Bonita is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Centrally located with Gulf Access, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great conveniences, you have come to the right place. This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time. Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. Villa Cayo Bonita features beautiful airy décor, the five bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with four king size bedrooms, and one bedroom featuring two twin size beds. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms which gives you plenty of privacy. The Main bedroom features an outdoor shower where you can refresh yourself under the stars with tropical painted walls surrounding you. The Villa can fit up to 10 guests very comfortable in this generous set up. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space. The kitchen, living room and large dining table with the pool table area features plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of entertainment. The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai. From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and living room. Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, outdoor shower, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 10 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, or just watching amazing sun sets from your southwest facing pool deck. There is a light up boat dock with a Tiki Hut great for hanging out or for canal fishing or boat docking. Cayo Bonita truly has it all. The 5th bedroom had 2 twin beds, but that was the perfect spot for our 2 1/2 year old grandson's pack n play to sleep in. The pool was beautiful, but we had to have management come twice before we could heat the hot tub area. They reset the system and it worked, but then we didn't get to use it except for the last 2 nights. The dishwasher didn't clean well, until we put the cleaning pod into the bottom of the dishwasher instead of the regular spot, but that was minor compared to the great house, the beautiful view and the wonderful outdoor space. This home is beautiful, with beachy furnishings - everything very high quality. The bedrooms were large, bright but most importantly the mattresses were very very comfortable! Each room had an on suite bath. The pool are was amazing! Huge, many chairs, tables, etc. the neighborhood was so quiet we never heard a soul. So close to beaches, hikes, and local attractions.
