Villa Casa de La Vista is a stylish, modern vacation home located directly on a lake in Cape Coral. With its unique architectural design, electrically heated pool with built-in seating area, and unobstructed views of spectacular sunsets, it offers the perfect setting for relaxing days with family or friends. Dogs are also very welcome. Living area and amenities: From the moment you enter, the villa impresses with its open and spacious layout. The bright living area is tastefully furnished and features a comfortable sofa setup and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or in the dining area with direct views of the pool and lake. A separate office with desk offers space for those who want to stay connected while on vacation. Active guests will appreciate the built-in treadmill – ideal for a quick workout. Outdoor area and terrace: The pool area is a true highlight. It features a shallow entry pool and an elevated spa, both electrically heated and enhanced by a calming water feature. The spacious southwest-facing terrace invites you to relax with lounge seating, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill. The wide lake view at sunset is simply unforgettable.
