A beautiful, newly renovated duplex located in the heart of Cape Coral - the beautiful Southwest! The Yacht Club Beach, Cape Harbour, Cape's finest restaurants, most popular bars, supermarkets, are all within a 2-mile radius. Ride the bikes down to the beach, enjoy the firepit, or make dinner on the grill - it's fully equipped with everything you may need during your trip. We've got board games and beach toys to keep the whole family entertained. Quality is top of mind with all that we offer!!!

The Space: Newly renovated, 3-bedrooom, 2-bathroom duplex situated in Cape Coral's Southwest. It's within three blocks walking distance to a supermarket and pharmacy. Minutes away from Downtown Cape Coral, Cape Harbour, Rotary Park, Yacht Club, and Marina Village. Gas station, bars, restaurants, parks all within a 10-minute drive.
