Your own slice of waterfront paradise awaits in this sleek and airy canal-front home, boasting a fully screened pool, outdoor kitchen, and private dock. With direct access to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico beyond, you can spend mornings fishing on the water and evenings grilling up the day’s catch on the barbecue. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities are all less than a mile away.

Inside, you’ll find an open, bright space with modern decor and furniture and a layout designed for spending time together. Step into the full, well-equipped kitchen to whip up snacks or meals, then serve up your culinary creations in the kitchen dining nook, formal dining room, or outside by the pool.

Hop on one of the provided bikes, with several available for adults and children, and explore on two wheels, then cool off in the central AC when you return. Pop the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer and head back outside to lounge by the pool with the chilled beverage of your choice, thanks to the handy wine fridge. Indoor entertainment options include four TVs, free cable, WiFi, and a DVD player, but you didn’t come to Florida to spend time inside. After an evening on the lanai, take your pick of four plush bedrooms, all offering a sound night’s sleep - another dreamy Cape Coral day awaits tomorrow.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: The length of the dock where boats can tie up is estimated at 30 feet. The canal is estimated to be 2-3 feet deep. There are no ropes provided, so please bring your own to dock your boat.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Did not have many kitchen items. Had to get own pans for frozen food to bake… Only one toilet paper roll in each bathroom, no extras left after the half rolls were gone.. had to go buy our own. Only a half roll of paper towels on rack with no extra left for 6 days… had to go purchase own.. Called several times to get pool turned on with no return call for 3-4 days and then they could send someone out in the next day or two to get it turned on…

Disappointing stay in a nice property
Pool heater did not work making pool un-usable for our three week stay. Property manager did refund the pool heating fee but refused any additional adjustment even though homes without pools rent for substantially less. Also, wasted a full day waiting for a handyman that did not show until the next day. Handyman did verify that pool heater was not working properly but could not repair. Local management promised a pool company would come and repair the heater but they never showed during our three week stay.
