Convenient one level home that has a spacious layout with added privacy when traveling with other guests. 2-guest bedrooms with walk-in closets have main bath located near rooms with spacious hallway for added privacy. Private master bed/bath with walk-in closet. Den has a queen size sofa sleeper that can sleep two if needed. Generous covered screened in lanai to sit outside to enjoy those sunny days or rain storms with the comfort of not getting wet. Beautiful crystal clear pool (7-ft deep end)with a private back yard with mature trees and foliage that creates a private tropical paradise. Black stone grill for all of your outdoor cooking needs if you choose to cook outside or a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook inside! Crock pot available if you choose to prepare something while golfing, kayaking, or going to the beach and having something ready when you return! Or if you simply don’t want to cook, there are a variety of places to order home delivery, Domino’s, Jimmy John’s along with Grub hub at you convenience! Many local restaurants, grocery stores (Neighborhood Walmart, Publix, Sams Club, Target and Aldi’s) are just minutes away! Many offer home grocery/ beer, wine delivery if you choose that route. Kayak rentals are just a few miles away in beautiful Matlachi, venture out to the mangroves to see Florida nature. Boat jet ski rentals also available just a short distance away on Pine Island. Beautiful islands to explore, fishing or just relaxing on the beach.... CayaCosta, Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach are close by boat! Sun Splash water park is also just minutes away for the kids to enjoy! If you enjoy historical homes, visit the Edison/Ford estates on the Caloosahatchi River in Ft Myers. Tour the vacation homes of two famous men, Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. Learn about a wonderful friendship which led them to building vacation home next to each other. When returning back to Cape Coral you will enjoy all the comforts of home with satellite TV, WiFi along with an Amazon Alexa located in the lanai for your listening enjoyment! Extra refrigerator available on the lanai to store beverage of choice or items for grilling. Coolers and beach chairs are available along with plenty of towels and umbrellas for the beach! Parents traveling with small children, pack n play, high chair, booster seats and stroller are available. If you enjoy shopping there are many stores available in Cape Coral, Kohl’s, Belk, Bealls, JC Penney, a number of strip malls on Delprodo Blvd. if looking for the traditional mall you will have to venture out to Edison Mall in Ft Myers. If you enjoy flea markets, Flea Masters in Ft. Myers is a must see with hundreds of shops with new and used merchandise. Great pool area

This is our fifth-year vacationing in Cape Coral. This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood but close to grocery and restaurants. We spent most of our time at the pool area. The pool was heated which was great and the yard was private with many birds and butterflies enjoying the flowering trees and plants. The house was well stocked with essentials. It could use some updating but that is reflected in the price.

It was promising..

We stayed here the last week of 2023. We looked at many properties, but decided on this one. It is a little bit further out, which we knew and didn’t mind. We very much enjoyed the neighbors Christmas decorations on our way there. To us the house was very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The price was also pretty good. So, on that part I would give this at least a 4 star or maybe even a 5 star review. My major disappointment was that the pool heating system was not working (caused by storm Ian) and we can completely understand that. However, this issue was not mention during the reservation process. We have two boys that love to swim and play in the water. They had to look at a pool that they were not able to use all week because the water was just too cold. Before arriving communication was great, but once there it took long or there was no response at all. I hate being negative to people who rent out their homes, but the lack of communication and pool heating not working made the experience different. We didn’t even get a basic apology. I hope this is a future learning for both parties to check or inform if everything is working as expected. Kind regards,

We love it here

We are working the hurricane with a local roofing company we stayed here for 23 days, and we really enjoyed it. Very nice neighborhood close to our office space, and the owners are awesome people. The neighborhood has some great children for your kids to play with if you have kids with you. Beds are comfortable, and clean the pool is clean, and the back porch area was our favorite hangout spot. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The property is also is in good shape after going through ian.

Awesome 2 1/2 months!

Brian’s place was perfect for us. Very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Great location. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Close to Matlacha. Pool was perfect. We spent lots of days in the pool. Brian was very quick to answer if we needed anything.

Best Week Ever!!

We loved this house so much, I would’ve bought it if it were for sale! Excellent layout! Well stocked for tired travelers and the best dang washer and dryer I’ve ever seen! The pool was so warm and amazing! Definitely would love to stay again!

Brian neighbor Jamie and her husband bought over games for my grandkids and assisted me in entering the home. The front entry light wasn't on making it difficult to open the key box. There were two other minor problems, one of the sliding door was difficult to lock, and better pillows and bedding required. Sheets on the beds were wrinkle.

Great amount of space, issue with other things.

Place was great size for my family and the place was clean. Had mostly very cooking utensils available. The issue are, we had to deal with ants in the kitchen area, cockroach in the bathrooms, and spiders here and there. What ever food and condiments that are left over from previous customers, some of the items are out dated.

Snowbird get away.

We stayed for the month of March 2021. Location was great, centrally located. Neighborhood was very nice and felt safe. Also neighbors were friendly and helpful. House worked well for our needs, so nice to get up in the morning with the sun shining and be able to get into the pool. The pool and pool area were very nice all screened in. Their is a banana tree in the back yard and that was very interesting to see how they grew over the month that we stayed. We did try a couple and they were very good. The only negative I would say is that the gas grill was actually a griddle so that was a little different getting use and how to use and care for we prefer a regular grill but it worked:) There were plenty of towels both bath and beach although they could stand to replace some getting a little raggie but all were clean and useable so not a big deal. Remember to bring your own paper products. Their were some pool/beach toys in the garage to use. Their was only one lounge chair if thats a big thing to anyone wasn't to us, we were in the pool all the time so it didn't matter to us. Yes, the pool is heated, it is heated by solor panels. Nice outside sitting area to play cards or whatever. If we had questions home owner was very responsive. Overall great trip and a nice, safe, comfortable place to stay. Thank you
