This recently built getaway offers space and comfort to be your home base for your various activities. THE SPACE We have one master bedroom with a king bed, tv, and bathroom, a secondary bedroom with a queen bed, and a third with a full/twin bunk bed. The second bathroom is shared between the two other rooms. We have cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. GUEST ACCESS Many stores and restaurants are located within walking distance from the property. Most major retailers are within a few minutes’ drive from the duplex. We have room for two cars in the driveway and there is also street parking. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE There are neighbors next door. They are great. Walls are pretty soundproof but please be respectful. Neither bathroom has a tub, both have showers. Some in the neighborhood play louder music on weekends.
