Relax and unwind on the spacious pool deck, featuring a partially covered terrace and refreshing heated saltwater pool. The pool area is also protected by a screened-in enclosure to keep out any unwanted guests. Inside, you will find 3 bright and inviting bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living area complete with a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen. Each room is equipped with its own individually adjustable air conditioner to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. Savor a delicious BBQ on the gas grill while enjoying the warm Florida evenings. Please note that we charge $0.20 per kWh for electricity usage, with the average daily consumption being around $20. Please be aware that there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years and the designated guest must be present for the entire stay. This policy is strictly enforced and a valid driver\`s license or state ID will be required. Please note that this property is not pet-friendly.
