ホテルが迷路のようで他の宿泊客も迷子になっていた。 また、プールはインドア、アウトドアともにクローズ。 予約の際にそういった情報は載せても良いのではと感じた。

Great location, everything we needed

We stayed one night, but everything was to our liking. We could walk to dinner, the beach, and the marina/ferry. The room was comfortable and clean. We stay here again!

Cape getaway

Nice hotel, need more signs to help guest find rooms in the back side by pool. Took 20 minutes to find room. Room heater was not working and it was freezing, got an extra blanket but froze.

Exterior of hotel is great. Nice fireplace, outdoor pool and hot tub. Indoor pool a little older, but good for kids.

It was ok. Was given a room kinda out of the way but had it changed. The new room had a dirty tub but luckily I had Lysol wipes to clean it with. Everthing else was great.

As a last resort, amenities awful

Upon entering the guest room, there was hair in the sink and on the bathroom floor/ tub. The toilet handle had to be held down for at least a full minute to flush. I had a cold shower after less than 5 minutes and alerted the desk. Phone didn't work, coffee pot was moldy, alarm clock was dead, and room was hardly cleaned by maid service. No replenishment of shampoo, conditioner or coffee supplies. Staff was always friendly, but the one coffee pot issue took 3 hours to resolve so I didn't alert of other issues. Staff seemed extremely limited and not able to assist guests like they wanted to. Staff said the room I was in probably wasn't used for months which is probably why we had so many issues. Perhaps when staff is full for the season, they would ensure that facilities are in working order? Not worth the rate.

 フロントの小ささと中庭のプールの小ささに最初はがっかりします。それでもハイアニスという土地と相俟って印象深い滞在になりました。部屋は古いですが広々しており比較的過ごしやすいです。私が滞在した際はシーズンの関係かアジア人の旅行者を全く見かけず不安に感じることもありましたが、スタッフもホテルのレストランバーの店員さんたちもにこやかでフレンドリーでした。

Awesome family trip

This hotel is in the ideal location. We got to enjoy Cape Cod and because its on the harbor, we took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Great experience, very convenient.

Employees were great

Really didn't get to relax much, there was so much ruckus and commotion in the room above me and out in the hallway !! Control your kids people!!
