Keyless entry was so convenient. The unit was plenty of space for our family of three - if we had been a group of six adults the indoor living room space would have been snug. The driveway is on the other side of the duplex so the off-street parking for this unit is really in the back off the alley; however, we never had a problem finding parking on the street right out front. Loved having some plastic "kid" dishes, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The beach chairs and especially the umbrella were great amenities since it was a week with record-breaking heat. We had planned to walk to the beach but ultimately found that it was a little too far for us with a small child and all our gear. But it's a quick drive by car or golf cart and there was plenty of free parking near the beach.
