Large washer and dyer was a huge plus! Make sure you bring "house shoes" the floors are dirty. There wasn't anything to use to clean them. The toilets need some attention, they were not secure. The kitchen cabinets also need some TLC. The "grill" was an overgrown fire pit, the back deck that overlooks the "yard", was unusable, the neighbors had dogs that barked, A LOT when you went out, so we didn’t use that side of the house at all. The overall location was nice, short walk to the beach, which was NOT crowded and was very clean! Easy access with keyless entry. Quiet neighborhood. ##### Danielle T.
