It is only a quick drive to Port Canaveral, with its restaurants and Exploration Tower; the condo is near to the Cocoa Beach Pier, and also Kennedy Space Center. The condo sleeps 4 with a comfy queen size bed in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. Clean, contemporary furnishings with everything needed to make your own meals, but also close to many area restaurants.The location was good being only a block & a half off the beach, which made it very handy to walk down to watch a rocket launch. The closet contained beach chairs, toys & even a sun hat. The neighborhood was typical for a beach town & we always felt safe walking around, day or night. Because you have multiple residents above, beside and across from you, if you do not like loud noises you are dependent upon the grace of your neighbors which is the case in many, if not most, rentals. That said, we stayed for 32 days and only heard loud noises at night 2 times and then for less than a minute so the comments about noisy neighbors in prior reviews didn't apply to our stay. I would stay there again for sure - very close to the beach and close to the Rec Center and library. ##### John H.
