Great get away spot. Watch the rocket launches from the beach only 15-20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center, 30 minutes from all the theme parks Disney, MGM studios, universal, Sea World, 30 minutes from Orlando airport. Visit Ron Jons famous surf shop, take a offshore fishing trip only minutes away at Port Canaveral, gambling boat, great eating establishments, close to cruise ships,watch the cruise ships come and go. There were plenty of towels & some beach gear. The short walk to the beach was by far my favorite part of the condo. We read all the reviews before we chose this condo, it was repeatedly mentioned that whoever can smell the cigarette smoke must have a sensitive sense of smell. This is absolutely untrue. We believe one of the neighbors may smoke in their condo & that is the cause of the smell. It was truly horrendous... My husband & I are previous smokers so cigarette smoke doesn't phase us too much but every time we opened the door it was quite disagreeable. It is unfortunate because I really am not sure how the owner could help with this issue & I hate to drop the review down because of something out of their control. Additionally, there was no mention that there would be ongoing construction during our stay. We were woken up every morning with construction workers talking loudly, blaring music & loud construction noises. Again, out of owner control but still impacted our stay & we would've appreciated a heads up about it beforehand. Parking spots are tight. There was one night out of six with no available parking. Ultimately, we did not care to be in the condo longer than necessary because of the smell & construction. ##### Mariah B.
