RESORT:
If you like the beach, water parks, and lot of onsite activities, then this is the perfect resort for you. The resort's water park features a lazy river, freeform pool, a water slide, kids splash pad, and a large jacuzzi. There's also a tiki bar and restaurant onsite, complimentary movie theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, miniature golf, ping pong, billiards, playground, BBQ, and so much more.

LOCATION:
The location brings you within minutes to Port Canaveral and 4 miles from Cocoa Beach. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 45 miles away. There are plenty of restaurants within close driving distance, especially within Port Canaveral (open to the public). Kennedy Space Center is 18 miles away.

CONDO:
The spacious two bedroom condo accommodates up to eight people with a king bed in the primary bedroom and two double beds in the guest bedroom. The living room features a sleeper sofa. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony and complimentary wi-fi.

Resort offers complimentary parking.

NOTE: The resort will assign a unit number at check-in. One building is near the beach and the other building is near the resort's water park. There's a golf cart shuttle provided, or you may walk to the beach/pool. It's only a few minutes if you walk.

Property Renovations: The property features two pools and one of them will be closed for resurfacing from February 20 through March 27, 2024. Beginning March 15 through April 9, 2024 the tennis and basketball courts will be inaccessible for resurfacing project. The following amenities will be open during this time: Signature Pool, Hot Tub, Lazy River, Water Slide, Kids Splash Pad, Beach Access, Movie Theater, Arcade, Restaurant and Bar.
