### 2BR Beach Getaway at Cape Canaveral

Welcome to Monroe Unit 4\. A modern 2 BR apartment just five minutes walk from pristine ocean beaches and nestled between the iconic Cocoa Beach Pier and Port Canaveral.  
  
Able to sleep 6 guests, it features smart TVs, a full kitchen, laundry on premises, and a secluded backyard with a newly installed pool within a gated quadplex on a quiet street.  
  
With two parking spots available, this apartment is a perfect place for families and guests with more than one vehicle or pulling a small trailer.  
The space  
Monroe unit 4 was recently renovated and features modern and clean accommodations throughout.  
  
Bedrooms and bathrooms: There are queen beds in both the master and guest bedrooms, with a full pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate two more guests in the living area. Enjoy a bright, updated bathroom as well.  
  
Kitchen and dining: The unit features a large, full kitchen with a sleek counter bar and all appliances. The dining table seats six.  
  
Living: Cable and Wi-FI are included so you can watch TV or Stream your favorite shows and movies from your sofa.  
  
Ocean access: You are a few minutes walk to the Atlantic Ocean at the heart of the quiet Cape Canaveral beaches.  
  
Laundry: Take care of all your laundry needs with a full washer and dryer located in a communal area.  
  
Parking: The two parking spots that come with your unit are spacious enough to fit bigger vehicles- a great benefit in our location!
