There was no heat upon our arrival it took 1-2hrs to warm up the room and there was no hot water to take a shower the next morning.

Perfect location, very polite staff. We stayed 3 days and were given fresh towels and extra supplies regularly. There is a restaurant on property that has great good and service. Each evening there was a live performance happening. The mattress provided in the room could have been more comfortable though. It felt extremely worn out and old. Overall we loved our stay here and will be coming back again.

It's a nice hotel in Pleasant Bay. Close the skyline trail which is most popular and beautiful trail in Cape Breton. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was nice. The room was clean. Not enough electrical outlet though. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Overall it was pretty good. The water was super hot and I almost got burnt in the shower… I awoke up with a sore back because the bed was not very comfortable but it was good for a one night stay

Beautiful quiet spot to spend the night. Fairly priced and the convenience of a restaurant with very nice people, great service and good food. I would stay again.

The bathtub was stained and the wallpaper was coming off the walls. There was a large gap in the door so you could see outside. The exterior door randomly opened on its own. Did not feel comfortable sleeping there.

You dont get too much closer to the national park on the west side, than this place. A few minutes drive, you are right at park and many of the hiking trails. Close enough to watch a nice sunset and get back before it gets too dark.

The restaurant was fantastic with great food a very friendly staff. The rooms were shoddy….beds lumpy and soft, floor was sloping , bathroom fixtures all require replacement. Nearly seared to death in shower when cold water quit.

The gentleman that checked us in was amazing. So much information and friendly. Highly recommend this place. The cabin was perfect and with newer amenities. Loved our stay

Be sure to check that there is a working smoke detector in the room. Mine did not but the staff corrected this promptly and thanked me for notifying them. Otherwise the room was quite nice.

Unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable and the air conditioning unit sounded like a helicopter was landing in our room.

Booked double room was given number 9on aug 23, 2023 Got ready for bed and sat on the bed and it collapsed. It was only being held up by a very small piece of chipboard No response from management despite many attempts to contact them. Left messages and emails no response 5 days later Not happy at all. As well there was a used bandage on the floor when we checked in to the room
