### Country House 'Finca Es Canyaret' with Mountain View, Pool & Garden

The Tiny House Finca is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. A hiking trail passes right by the house, and the location is also ideal for cyclists and golfers. The spacious garden features a private saltwater pool, sun loungers, and views of Castell de Capdepera, inviting you to relax. Feel free to pick fruit from the various trees in the garden.  
  
The 45 m² accommodation includes a well-equipped open kitchen with living area, one bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. It comfortably accommodates two guests. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, TV, and Bluetooth speakers.  
  
The sea is about a 10-minute drive away, and restaurants and shops can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot. For evening entertainment, Cala Ratjada is just a 10-minute drive away.

#### Tolle, kleine Finca

Unsere Zeit in der Finca war super. Alles so, wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Besonders der eigene Pool und die Möglichkeiten, zu jeder Tageszeit im Schatten zu sitzen, waren klasse. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten fern ab des Trubels auf Mallorca. Der Weg nach Cala Ratjada war zudem nur 8 Autominuten entfernt. Deshalb eine top Lage!
