### Cozy 4-Sleeper Apartment Near Beaches and Shops in Capbreton

Located 1500 m from the beaches and a few meters from shops in the heart of the city center, this  
holiday accommodation of 27 m² on the raised ground floor of a villa divided into 6 accommodations,  
includes a living room with convertible sofa, a small kitchen area open to the living room, a bathroom and a veranda equipped with a dining table.  
A little courette completes the whole thing.  
No private parking space but nearby parking possible.  
End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.  
  
To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only.  
Optional services to be planned before arrival:  
\- Sheets and towels: €20 per person  
\- Cleaning during your stay at €100  
\- Mini box: €49/week or €10/day while stocks last.  
\- Baby equipment: 1 high chair booster adapter, 1 travel cot, 1 bathtub: €20
