Magrini is a lovely stone building (180 sq m) with internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can sleep up to six people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Your Experience Magrini is a pretty stone-built farmhouse part of a renowned wine and olive oil estate in Lucca. The house is situated in a very quiet position at the border of the estate, a few hundred metres from the borgo and it is walking distance to the pretty village of San Gennaro through a country path perfect for guests who would like to stay at a property walking distance from a restaurant. The English-speaking management is available for assistance and can arrange guided tours in the surrounding areas. Cooking services can be organised at extra cost. Guests staying at the property will be able to enjoy a complimentary wine and olive tasting produced by the estate. Es besitzt einen großen, gepflegten Garten und einen exklusiv nutzbaren, gut betreuten Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen bestückt. Die Nachbarn im kleineren Vorderhaus am angrenzenden Garten sind freundliche und ruhige Dauermieter. Die Managerin zur Betreuung der Villa Magrini war jederzeit vor Ort ansprechbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als sehr angenehm empfanden wir, dass die Villa zweimal die Woche durch Personal gereinigt wird. Ausgestattet ist das Haus mit rustikal-antiker Möblierung, die jederzeit ihren Zweck erfüllten. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Besteck u.ä. könnte umfangreicher sein und ist teilweise erneuerungsbedürftigt. ##### Frank S.
