  • 5 minutes from the beach, in perfectly maintained residence, rent apartment as new, fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with window, living room with kitchenette, small terrace for 4, private parking space and large well-kept condominium park. a few minutes from the house you can visit the wwf reserve of lake burano, the feniglia park, orbetello, capalbio. it is possible to enjoy a free, equipped and naturist beach on a long coast.
    all the main services (supermarket, pharmacy, trains) are 2.5 km from the residence.
    from the train station it is possible to reach the center of Rome in 90 minutes.
    inside the coast it is possible to savor the most authentic flavors of the Maremma countryside and visit the numerous cellars and taverns that serve wild boar food.

Un posto molto bello dove ritornare

L'appartamento è molto grazioso, si nota subito che è una casa viva, curata, accogliente. NON è la solita casa vacanza trascurata 9 mesi l'anno e poi messa a disposizione del turista in uno stato di incuria e mancata manutenzione. L'immobile fa parte di un Residence molto bello, curato e tranquillo e gode di un parcheggio riservato. La posizione è molto buona, in pratica si è a 10 minuti di auto dalla Torba e a 5 minuti di auto da Capalbio Scalo. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e veramente in ottimo stato (zanzariere a tutte le finestre, cosa non da poco). Tutto quello indicato nell'annuncio era conforme allo stato dei luoghi. La proprietà è stata disponibile, gentile e puntuale. Nel complesso una delle migliori sistemazioni mai trovate nella zona di Capalbio e Argentario; se poi si valuta il rapporto qualità - prezzo, allora è probabilmente la migliore mai vista. Se riusciremo a prenotare in tempo torneremo sicuramente anche il prossimo anno, ma per un periodo più lungo.
