This was unfortunately a let down. I realize that it was recently re-opened and there may be some time needed for staff to get up to par. However, the food selection was very limited and was a huge disappointment in the all inclusive aspect. Non-buffet selections had VERY small portions, and service took forever. Forget being checked on for drink refills either. Most of the staff were friendly. One problem for me though, the food service was so bad that we did not want to tip, even though it wasn't required for all inclusive, we would have gladly left a few dollars here and there. But only tipped once or twice based on that, and we felt that the staff was less friendly over time and was afraid it may have to do with tipping. Which, again would have been no problem if we had better experiences with the food itself and the food service. Also, if you have any questions about things like laundry, the room safe, anything that the front desk should know, be ready for blank stares by pretty much everyone. Even though most were friendly, they had no answers for most things. Pool was nice, but wasn't much of anything else other than the beach to do. The massage service was like 3 times more expensive than if you went right down the street. So, it was a pretty basic stay. The rooms were clean, no problems with that sort of thing. I'd bring your own soap/shampoo though, theirs was very cheap. It was in an ok location shopping wise and all that. Pay more for better.
