### Centrally Located Apartment for 4 People, 1 Minute from the Beach

The recently renovated apartment is located 50 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the city center. From the entire apartment, including the balcony, you can enjoy the sea view. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances (kettle, toaster, microwave with grill function, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, moka pot, dishwasher). Guests of our apartment can park for free in all blue parking spaces in the city.  
  
The apartment can be heated with two air conditioning units, making it suitable for year-round use.  
The apartment is suitable for a family of four.
