Good afternoon Jeanne - First of all I am very apologetic for the lack of communication regarding our pet policy. From your feedback it looks like we failed to inform you that we only allow dogs in our hotel. I will re-examine our bird policy, however. If the bird is caged during the visit this may be a non-issue. I will also follow up on where we failed to respond to your inquiry about having a bird with you on your stay. We hope that you give us another chance in the future. This is not the kind of experience we want any guest to have.
