Bring your own kayaks or rafts and explore the river at your own pace, enjoying the stunning scenery as you float by. Wake up to the sound of the river gently flowing by and spend your days fishing from the riverbank, casting your line into some of the best waters in the area. Whitewater Amphitheater is within walking distance, Gruene Hall is a short 15 min drive and Schlitterbahn waterpark is only 20 minutes away! Be sure to check out the great restaurants and the current happenings that downtown New Braunfels has to offer! Must be 25 years or older, provide a copy of drivers license and credit card must be on file to book. Credit card is for any damages or violations, such as - broken items, damaged items, damaged linens, towels, left over trash or excessive mess that the cleaning crew needs to address. If house needs additional cleaning time due to trash left out or house is not taking care of and additional cleaning fee of $500 will be collected. Any damages will be the responsibility of the guest and remitted within 2 days of invoice. Please be aware that if smoking is detected in the home, there will be a fine of $1,500 associated with it. This measure helps us manage the impact on the property and ensure compliance with our no-smoking policy. Please make sure all trash is bagged up and put in the trash cans provided outside the house. All dishes, rinsed, and put in the dishwasher. All food and trash off the counters and put in the trashcan any food in the freezers or refrigerators to be taken with you or thrown away. Excessive cleaning will have an additional charge of $750. The property is good for overnight stays and very close to Whitewater Amphitheater and some good bars. The only downsides are the check in process (which uses a different app/website that was buggy for our checkin) and host/manager who does not always respond to requests (we were arriving a bit early and asked to check in one hour early - a simple no would have been fine but host/manager didn’t respond at all). There is a list of tasks to complete at check out with a fine of up to 500 if they’re not done. ##### Cindy M.
